I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was really close to the Snow Monkey park, making it convenient to visit during my stay. Secondly, the traditional ryokan-style rooms were a highlight. The cozy futons and handy sink in the room added to the overall comfort. Finally, the breakfast prepared by the friendly staff was superb, featuring delicious Japanese dishes. The attention to detail in providing a traditional experience was evident, making my stay truly enjoyable.

    None, everything was wonderful.

The hotel offers fantastic hospitality and has a great location. I loved that it was very close to the Snow Monkey park, and I could easily go there by taking a short walk. Additionally, the hotel provided clean and well-maintained hot spring baths, both indoor and outdoor. The staff was helpful and friendly, even though they had limited English skills.

    Was all great.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I loved the traditional Japanese aesthetic of the room. The tatami mats and paper doors created an authentic ambiance. The hot springs were also a highlight, providing a relaxing and soothing experience after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. the location of the hotel near the entrance of the local attraction was convenient for sightseeing.

The language barrier was a challenge as there were some staff members who did not speak English. while my stay had some downsides, I still enjoyed my time at the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, just next to the Snow Monkey park entrance, making it a convenient choice for those visiting the area. The traditional Japanese aesthetic of the property adds to its charm, with spacious rooms that are well-equipped and even come with a handy sink. The attention to detail, such as the provision of a fridge and a green tea set in the room, immerses guests in the rich cultural experience. The breakfast offered at this hotel is a delightful start to the day, ensuring guests are well-nourished before exploring the surrounding attractions.

All aspects of our stay were fantastic, leaving nothing to be desired.

The hotel was conveniently located near an attraction we wanted to visit and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable with traditional Japanese style bedding. We also enjoyed the onsen bath located on the premises which was relaxing and rejuvenating after a long day of exploring.

The hotel was quite isolated with limited dining options in the area. the nearby restaurants were also known for closing early which left us with very few choices for dinner options.
