The hotel offers fantastic hospitality and has a great location. I loved that it was very close to the Snow Monkey park, and I could easily go there by taking a short walk. Additionally, the hotel provided clean and well-maintained hot spring baths, both indoor and outdoor. The staff was helpful and friendly, even though they had limited English skills.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I loved the traditional Japanese aesthetic of the room. The tatami mats and paper doors created an authentic ambiance. The hot springs were also a highlight, providing a relaxing and soothing experience after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. the location of the hotel near the entrance of the local attraction was convenient for sightseeing.
The language barrier was a challenge as there were some staff members who did not speak English. while my stay had some downsides, I still enjoyed my time at the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near an attraction we wanted to visit and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable with traditional Japanese style bedding. We also enjoyed the onsen bath located on the premises which was relaxing and rejuvenating after a long day of exploring.
The hotel was quite isolated with limited dining options in the area. the nearby restaurants were also known for closing early which left us with very few choices for dinner options.
